Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR CUSTOM ORDER

Due to the customization of the products that we produce, Southern Soul Healing does not offer Exchanges, Returns, nor Refunds on items that are customized.

Exchanges, returns, and refunds are offered on stock items for the following conditions: Unused, unwashed up to 30 days upon order date. 

Replacement Policy 

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact via email (southernsoulhealing@gmail) immediately.  Thirty (30) days upon order date are allocated for inspection of items, if no contact has occurred within the allotted time frame, the issue is unable to be resolved.
